We’re looking for a self-motivated, goal oriented, top producer to work with our Fulcrum inbound prospects and turn them into satisfied customers. By working with new users, understanding their business process workflows, conducting technical demonstrations of the Fulcrum platform, you will help solve a number of stubborn problems. The mission is to find the right fit for Fulcrum within their organization. Each and every day you’ll be talking with dozens of users with a host of use cases and workflows, helping them to realize the value of their investment and commitment to Fulcrum.

We need another teammate. The role we have is Inside Sales Specialist or, more appropriately, just teammate. In this role, we are Producers that sell new business, and also Consultants working with companies and organizations on their business process workflow to provide solutions that enable them to operate more efficiently and profitably. We've been doing this for over 10 years, are very successful, have a lot of fun, and are committed to more growth and success — which requires adding new "A-level” teammates. The person we’re looking for has the following mindset: “I know I’m good, I’ve proven it by always being a top producer (fact, not opinion) and I have done my corporate duty. But now I’m looking for a place where I can take complete control of my career, my time, my income and, as a bonus, do something I can get excited about each day.”

Successful candidate must have:

  • Prior success selling SaaS/cloud-based solutions to business owners and IT Directors of small, medium, and large-sized companies.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • No fear of finding new opportunities (hunting) for users of SaaS products & services on a regular basis.
  • Proficient with 21st century team productivity tools (email, instant messaging, video conferencing, CRM, etc.).
  • Prior income of at least $100K/yr, mostly from commissions.
